Rabipur Injection is an inactivated vaccine. It helps develop immunity by forming antibodies, which are proteins that protect against infection caused by viruses.
How does it work ?
RABIPUR works by causing your body to protect itself against rabies. The body makes substances that fight the rabies virus. They are called antibodies and circulate in the blood. If the rabies virus gets into someone who has been vaccinated against rabies, the antibodies kill the virus before it can cause damage.
How to use ?
Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self administer.

Storage of Rabipur Injection
- Store medicines at room temperature, away from heat and direct light. Do not freeze medicines unless required by package insert. Keep medicines away from children and pets.
- Do not flush medications down the toilet or pour them into drainage unless instructed to do so. In this manner may contaminate the environment. Please consult your pharmacist or doctor for more details on how to safely discard Rabipur Injection.
Dosage
It is possible to vaccinate persons of any age group. The recommended single dose is 1 mL.
